Understanding our intrinsic capabilities of magical interfacing is as easy as it is to understand breathing. As we instinctively know, breathing in is the immediate response to breathing out. So too is the understanding of our energy interface. Being able to recognize the drawing back energies to heal oneself should be the response to sending out energies all week.
