My name is Kerie, and I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I work with people globally to help them live better lives. I received an award in 2004 as the best coach of the year. I am a clinical certified hypnotherapist, so I know a lot about human behavior, addictions, fears, trauma, mental health, and daily life struggles. I have been voted the best hypnotherapist in my area for 14 consecutive years. I love what I do.
 
I do have a podcast called Master the Upper Rooms and would like to collaborate with other podcasters. My podcast is for people who are curious about spirituality, what it is like to be an empath, mental health, coaching, self-improvement, relationships, manifesting, practical communication skills, discovering your authentic self, finding your voice, becoming empowered, understanding people and the world around us, and transforming their lives one step at a time.
So, what is Master the Upper Rooms all about? It is a technique I channeled back in 2012. Yes, I channel, and I am an empath. I hope that does not make anyone uncomfortable or scare you off. All I can say is that everyone who has worked with me says I have a gift, and that empathic gift allows me to get to the root cause of what keeps people stuck in life.
