Alaska Úlfheðnar presents a two-hour workshop with Mark “Mystisk Ulv” Weisman, Rewriting Your Emotional Recipes: A Practical Map for Living with Less Overwhelm. This story-based workshop walks you through a practical map of how experiences become emotions and behaviors—and where you actually have power to intervene.

This workshop is for adults in recovery, veterans and first responders, helpers (therapists, peer supporters, clergy), and anyone who finds themselves overwhelmed by their emotional reactions.

We’ll explore:
– Sensory input and imagination
– The Mood Ring (your current emotional state)
– The Well of the Self (values, virtues, beliefs, and “silt”)
– Biochemistry and your Recipe Card of emotional recognition
– The Horn of Feeling and cognitive space (overwhelm vs. choice)
– The Me Gate (accept / adjust / refuse)
– Memory as the place where wisdom or fear gets stored

Every attendee receives the Rewriting Your Emotional Recipes PDF workbook in advance, with exercises you can start before the event.

Tickets:
– Standard ticket: $39
– Community / supporter ticket: $19 (students, low-income, support persons)

Be sure to check the upcoming schedule, and purchase your tickets.

A portion of the proceeds supports Alaska Ulfhednar 501(c)(3) in providing reduced-cost access for veterans, first responders, and others with financial barriers.

Please include your full name, best email address, and whether you’re requesting a Standard ($39) or Community ($19) ticket.
