Belief in the Self.

In my everyday practice of helping others to obtain their freedom from their psychological trauma, this lack of self belief seems to be an overwhelming focal point. Many throughout the years who have allowed for the deterioration of their intrinsic confidence, which then becomes a definite hampering in their belief of the self who then have sought me out as being necessary to re-instate their belief in themselves, which is simply a misunderstanding of themselves. Today I’d like to discuss the understandings that I have been given from my spiritual communications that may better help us to understand how to move forward, to restore and maintain our own belief in ourselves. The lack of confidence in one’s ability to accomplish a particular task should never undermine the belief in oneself.
