In this episode the Shaman addresses the inherent need to associate with our ancestry to acquire their energies. When considering our ancestry, we need to use the same litmus test that we do on our beliefs. Does it make sense? Does it feel right? As we connect to our ancestors we are creating a cycle of energy transmission that traverses back and forth between them and us. Thereby providing us with the energy necessary to reverse negative cycles that are created.
