The gods have offered us wisdom and guidance through the runes today. I find Ihwaz so enticing because it speaks to the energy transmissions fostered by the eastern understanding of the Chakras. By ensuring that our chakras are healthy and working as necessary, we are able to move energy through our physical form to determine where it is needed for restoring our body’s health and wellness. As per our reading today, it would seem that we have accomplished a deep understanding of how this affects us, and more importantly, how we can direct this energy for our own benefit. Today, Ansuz reveals that those around us may have their best intentions in mind when offering any advice, and not yours. Exercise caution when accepted advice from others, and pay particular attention to those who attempt to force us to change. They are obviously struggling with their own understanding and may be delusional in the difference between our journeys. Be careful with your heart today, do not be so generous today as there may be some who wish to damage it. Nauthiz reminds us that our future relies on our continued steps toward our destiny of enlightenment. Like falling a tree, we must swing the axe, this is our physical effort necessary to gather the wood for the fireplace. There is a necessary component of "actively" seeking something in which to find it. Therefore, in much the same way, we must continually maintain our active state of seeking. This is our energy contribution to bringing that which we want or need to fruition. For each thing here on the physical plane, there is a level of action in which we must engage it. To understand what influences we should retain, we have drawn the rune Ehwaz, and today it offers us a cautionary revelation to retain. Ehwaz is the trust between two individuals, it is the underlying model in which authority is built upon. For us to properly maintain the pillars of knowledge within our mind, we must know that the base intellect is sound, and that soundness is provided by placing a level of authority in the source that has provided it. Ensure that we retain the cautionary aspect to ensure that we continue to maintain a trust between the self and the source, otherwise, do not let the intellectual energy disturb what you have already built.

To change our trajectory through this existence, simply redirecting the energy within the mind was all it took. The real challenge came in maintaining this trajectory change, and not being dragged back to an antiquated methodology of thinking. The ancestors are here to support our trajectory changes, especially when they are dramatic like these. Be strong in our decision to change, and rely on the ancestors to guide us forward.Laguz reveals the perfect mind, so with it being in our present influences, our mind remains at the perfect place for what needs to be done right now. Our connections to the ancestors grows by the day now, and we are beginning to feel their presence. Laguz demonstrates itself to our physical form initially within our dream states, and helps us to establish our life’s dreams. With the paradigm shift initiated in our past, the change of perspective is arriving within our understanding here in the present. We need to embrace this change, embrace the emotional states associated with a new life, and truly being to explore our potential. Fehu teaches us that we should retain our "beginner’s mind" in the constant quest to gain more experiences to raise our level of wisdom that is applied during our interactions with the reality in which we exist. Primarily Fehu brings an understanding of material gain, energy transmissions, and of course, new beginnings. Fehu, as the first rune of the first Aett reparesents the start of something great. Whether its a new job, relationship, family, or spiritual understanding, this new path will bring great things into our lives.
