The runes we have cast today reveal a past in which our memories may, or may not be, an accurate reflections of the experiences we have had. They begin by reminding us that we are ever-changing, moving in and out of emotional states which alter the way we recall the imagery of those memories. The runes indicate that our present mindset is based on altered perspectives of our past experiences, and therefore we should seek to better understand the influences of our present view and forgive ourselves for any intrinsically perceived missteps in our past. We must balance our forgiveness with not forgetting that we are prone to making errors in judgement, and our past simply shows us that we can make these perceived mistakes, as well as knowing that we will make them in the future. This should foster some humility when dealing with others who are just as prone to those perceived missteps as we are. Knowing that those missteps brought us an education, even if the lesson was as simple as to "not do that again". We must fight against the idea of becoming an elitist, and/or arrogant as to the present path, and never succumb to the idea that there is only one way to reach our destiny. Finally, the rune Sowilo reminds us to retain that energy of hope. By maintaining our faith in the outcome, luck, health, and our life’s purpose, we can be in a better place to take the proper steps to accomplish our destiny.

Today’s runes reveal a path of learning to manage the ebb and flow of our trajectory through this lifetime. An extended education in emotional management that has led us to understand the intense importance of understanding our emotional states, and their value to us. Hopefully, we are keeping our eyes open now for more lessons in the application of trust to what we have already learned, and again, trust that we will make the correct decisions moving forward. Primarily we are being told to trust in what we’ve learned, believe in ourselves. Although our future presents cautions, these cautions simply reveal that we will have to put some "elbow-grease" into some effort of getting things done, not relying on others, but focus our energy and talents on getting the necessary tasks completed. We are in charge of our destiny, trust in ourselves, focus our thoughts, and put forth the effort, and success will win the day.
